FBspace.net Privacy Policy
FBspace.net is in a position where it acts as a host, and can act as server-side administrator for apps created with the FBspace.net platform. While we need not accept the Facebook TOS in order to provide the services we do, we transitively must abide by it, in order for our members to honestly agree to those Terms. This privacy policy applies to ALL apps hosted on FBspace.net, and should be considered the privacy policy of said apps.
This site collects the IP address, User Agent, URL, Facebook UID, Default picture or PID, and Full Name of users who allow the application to do so by clicking Allow and visiting the FBspace of the application owner. The IP, agent, and URL constitute non-personal information, and is not governed by the Facebook TOS. The UID and PID are allowed to be cached indefinitely (see FB Developer TOS for exceptions), and the Full Name is removed after 24 hours, in compliance with those Terms.
This information is to be used only to satisfy the metrics curiosity of the application owner, and will not be shared with anyone outside of the application owner and the administrators of FBspace.net. The only time an exception is granted is if the information is needed as part of a legal process where the application owner or administrators of FBspace.net have probable cause to believe the information is important and relevant to said process, or alternatively, if law enforcement forces us to turn over that information.
Member Information: Other user-submitted information may be collected from subscribers, and cookies containing non-personal information will be set and retrieved, as part of the functionality of the site, it's forums, and application administration. Similar to non-member information, it will not be shared with any other parties.
